Living in Montana, I was surprised to find that a company in Montana had the part I needed to fix my Vistaflame pellet stove. I ordered the part after speaking with the courteous operator at Mountain View and received it overnight via USPS priority. I appreciate the great service and already have your business in my favorites on my computer!

I ordered this since they seem to be short lived and feel it is wise to keep a spare on hand.
I have had two fail in the approximately 4 years I have had the stove.
It arrived promptly and in good condition, but as yet is not in service.

I Googled Vistaflame ignitors and found this site. I liked what I saw for the price but I know it can be scary sometimes to purchase things at sites you've never been on before. I always read reviews before I do anything and the reviews here pointed in the right direction. It was shipped right away and after it was installed worked instantly, no issues. My husband and I are new homeowners and this is only our second season with the pellet stove and it's nice to know we have a site to purchase parts that we can trust.

Poor quality ignitors |

This will be my third ignitor in 3 years. This is not the fault of mountain view hearth but it is the fault of the manufacturer. For the price I would expect at least several years out of it.
