Since I live in an area where there are no accessible dealers for such products, it was a real pleasure to call your company. The biggest asset is your willingness to provide technical assistance to me. Since I live in Kansas, it would be impossible for you to make a service call. The stove is not that difficult to work on. I have no experience with such iitems so diagnosing the problem is a real challenge. With the availability of your tech support, I feel very confident that if I have a problem with my insert I can not only get the technical advise to know what to fix or replace but can also get the part or parts needed to put it back on line again. Thanks so much for your time and expertise. I will be calling again I am sure.
