Mountain View Hearth Products Staff are Great |

The original blower lasted 3 years. The replacement lasted just under a year. However, the Staff at Moutain View were FANTASTIC!!! They were more than helpful, courteous, and respectful. They truly cared!!! They called and talked us through troubleshooting. The Staff held our hands through the entire process. I received the new blower and sent the defective one back. I cannot say ENOUGH about the FANTASTIC customer service they provide. I will buy ALL my stove parts from them!!!
