Shipping & Returns Policy
Free shipping applies to orders shipping within the continental U.S. that total $49 or more. This EXCLUDES Alaska and Hawaii. Not all products qualify for free shipping. Look for the free shipping logo.
Shipping & Tracking Numbers
Shipping & handling charges (when applicable), are automatically calculated at checkout. We utilize UPS, FedEx and Priority Mail for shipping. When you choose free shipping we will automatically select the best shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your products. The vast majority of our products are shipped from our Montana warehouse. We list processing time on each items page, look for the "usually ships in" section. Please also add in shipping time when estimating your delivery time frame. During the winter most items will deliver within 5-10 business days depending on how far you are located from our warehouse and the shipping method that you have chosen. Our system will automatically email you the tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged for shipment.
Choosing 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air does not mean that you will receive the product in that time frame. Please see the "usually ships within" section on the product you are interested in. Please understand that we require time to process your order. If you need a product by a specific date, please call before you order to make sure the product is in stock. There are no refunds for delays with these shipping methods.
In the event that a product is on back order the customer will be notified and given the option of canceling their order or waiting for the product to arrive. We make every effort to keep our site updated with back order information, however we may occasionally miss something.
If you find that you need to return an item, please email us for return instructions or use the online return form available in the account section of our website. We will email you with return information that MUST be included in the box with your return. We are unable to process a return if the paperwork is not included (we don't know what was returned or who to refund). We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of when you received the items provided they are new and not installed. We will deduct the actual cost of shipping from your refund. For instance, if we offered you free shipping but it cost us $13.87 to UPS your order we will withhold the $13.87 from your refund. Cancellations & Changes
We can not cancel your order if it has been processed or shipped. If you would like to cancel your order please call us. We have a very short window for cancellation in most cases.
In lieu of a restocking fee, we have elected to withhold the actual shipping cost the company incurs. Shipping fees on small orders start at $7.50 and can range up to $60+ for large orders that are very heavy (cast iron or brick sets) If you selected free shipping our shipping cost will be deducted from your return. If you chose an expedited method and paid for your shipping fees you will be issued a full refund on the items. Orders that are returned without any paperwork in the box will be refused.
Unfortunately, due to US Customs regulations, we are not able to ship internationally. We hope to find a solution and offer this service again in the future. However, we are only able to ship orders to addresses within the United States at this time.
