Shipping & Returns Policy

Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. that total $99 or more. This EXCLUDES Alaska and Hawaii. 


Shipping & Tracking Numbers
Shipping & handling charges (when applicable), are automatically calculated at checkout.  We utilize UPS, FedEx and Priority Mail for shipping.  When you choose free shipping we will automatically select the best shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your products.  The vast majority of our products are shipped from our Montana warehouse.  We list processing time on each items page, look for the "usually ships in" section.  Please also add in shipping time when estimating your delivery time frame.  During the winter most items will deliver within 5-10 business days depending on how far you are located from our warehouse and the shipping method that you have chosen.   Our system will automatically email you the tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged for shipment. 

Expedited Shipping 
Choosing 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air does not mean that you will receive the product in that time frame. Please see the "usually ships within" section on the product you are interested in. Please understand that we require time to process your order. If you need a product by a specific date, please call before you order to make sure the product is in stock. There are no refunds for delays with these shipping methods. 

Backorders
In the event that a product is on back order the customer will be notified and given the option of canceling their order or waiting for the product to arrive. We make every effort to keep our site updated with back order information, however we may occasionally miss something. 

Special Orders / Not in Stock at Time of Order
If a part is marked "special order", or "usually ships within x", the part is not in stock and must be ordered for you.  All orders are held and ship complete.  If you order multiple items and one item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will not ship your order until all parts are in stock.  Choosing expedited shipping will not reduce the lead time for your order to arrive in stock, however, it will ship arrive at your home in less time once it leaves our warehouse. 

Returns 
If you find that you need to return an item, please email us for return instructions or use the online return form available in the account section of our website.  We will email you with return information that MUST be included in the box with your return.  We are unable to process a return if the paperwork is not included (we don't know what was returned or who to refund).  We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of when you received the items provided they are new and not installed. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If an item is damaged when we receive it we can not issue credit. Please insure all returns.  Please fill out this form to request return authorization. 

Cancellations & Changes 
We can not cancel your order if it has been processed or shipped.  If you would like to cancel your order please call us.  We have a very short window for cancellation in most cases.  We are unable to add items to an order after it has been placed. You must place a new order. 

Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please insure your items when shipping them back.  If an order is damaged when we receive it we can not issue you a refund. Orders that are returned without any paperwork in the box will be refused.  Orders that are refused for any reason will incur a 20% restocking fee. 

International Shipping
We currently only offer international shipping to Canada on our website.  We bear no responsibility for any tariffs, brokerage fees, or additional taxes or fees assessed by the country of delivery. 

International Shipping Outside of Canada
While we do not have established rates for shipping to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada, we are able to ship to other countries. Please contact us via email with your full address and a list of the items that you are interested in to receive a shipping quote.  We bear no responsibility for any tariffs, brokerage fees, taxes or any other costs assessed by the country of delivery.
