Return Request

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please follow the steps below for a smooth return process.

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before submitting a return request, please ensure that:
✅ The item is within 30 days of purchase.
✅ The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ The item is not a non-returnable product, such as:

• Circuit boards
• Special order parts
• Stove venting
• Select electronics

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.

Before sending anything back, please submit a return request. Our team will provide an RMA number and return instructions.

 
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once you receive return instructions:
Package the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back prepaid with a tracking number.
❌ We do not cover return shipping costs.

Refund & Restocking Fees

Refunds:

• Your refund will be issued for the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returns without an RMA or sent to the wrong address will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Refused deliveries will also be charged a 20% restocking fee.

⚠️ All returns are tested before refunds are processed. If a product is found not in proper working order, no refund will be issued.
