The part that was sent was someone else's but the problem was corrected quickly. The new part was sent promptly.
UPS didn't pick up the return shipment but we just dropped it off at a UPS Store with no further charges.

I received my new blower today, four days after ordering from your site. I installed it and it is working perfectly. This was the second blower that I ordered due to a serial number misprint in my owners manual showing a different blower. When I got the correct serial number off of the heater I received the correct blower. I spoke to one of your employees on the phone and he was very professional and offered to waive the restocking fee for me. I appreciated that and I will most definitely do business with you in the future when I need more parts. Thanks for your prompt service.

Swapping out the old & installing the new took less than five minutes. The replacement is quieter than the original ever was.
Shipping cross country took a week. That's acceptable.
Saved $100. over the local dealer.

Nothing but praise for Mtn. View..Product was in stock, as described and delivery was prompt and packed well. Would recommend to all. The blower works awesome, just like the original one.
