Replacement damper blade assembly for Heat N Glo and Heatilator wood fireplaces. Fits the following models:

NOTE: This is the damper plate only with counter weight welded on to one side. Does not include the V shaped rod or the other weight/bracket for the rod (SKU SRV19785).
