NOTES:

1. Bake authentic, wood-fired, pizzeria-quality pizzas
2. High-impact ceramic stone distributes heat and absorbs excess moisture for a perfectly cooked pizza with a crispy crust.
3. The Kamado Joe Heat Deflector (KJ-HDP) must be used with the Pizza Stone to avoid burning the pizza.
4. This will fit all generations of the Classic Joe with the multi-piece firebox. If your Classic Joe does not have a multi-piece firebox, you may have to purchase that as well. You can find the firebox piece HERE.
