The Vermont Castings Intrepid II is a specialty stove, designed for the homeowner wishing to take advantage of the latest in wood burning technology. It is perfect for a single room or a new addition, where its diminutive size ensures that it won't take up too much space. Yet it will produce enough heat for an area up to 4,500 cubic feet. The Intrepid II 1303 was manufactured from July 16, 1987 through March 1990 and has a Geisser testing label. Catalyst access is on the back of the stove only and has double paned glass.
