Pellet Stove Parts FAQ

What are the most common pellet stove parts that need replacing?

The usual wear parts are the igniter (most last 1 to 5 seasons), the auger or feed motor, the combustion and convection blowers, the vacuum switch, door gaskets and the control board. We stock all of these for 40+ brands.

How do I find the right part for my pellet stove?

Find your make and model on the rating plate, usually on the back or inside the hopper, then use our Partsfinder to see an exploded diagram of that exact model and click the part you need. Or call us and we will help you identify it.

Do you sell OEM or aftermarket parts?

Both. We carry genuine OEM parts and quality aftermarket alternatives, so you can choose based on your budget and preference. We match either one to your exact make and model so it fits right the first time.

Why won't my pellet stove ignite?

The most common cause is a failed igniter, which you can test with a multimeter and replace. It can also be pellets not feeding (the auger motor), or a tripped vacuum or proof-of-fire switch.

How long does a pellet stove igniter last?

Typically 1 to 5 seasons. Most igniters heat the air around the pellets rather than touching them directly, so they wear out with use. If your stove is slow to light or will not light, the igniter is the first thing to check.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous US.
