We take great care in packaging your order to withstand shipping and handling. However, despite our best efforts, damage can still happen in transit. No worries—we’ve made the claim process quick and hassle-free!
Step 1: Snap a Photo
Take clear photos of the damaged part(s) and the shipping box—even if the box looks fine. Be sure to capture:
- ✔ Any visible damage to the part(s)
- ✔ Creases, dents, or tears on the box (especially corners)
- ✔ Include the label and tracking number
Important: Photos are required to process your claim. A replacement cannot be sent without them.
Step 2: Fill Out the Claim Form
Use the form below to submit your claim. Include:
- ✔ Your order details (found on your invoice)
- ✔ The photos from Step 1 (attach them using the ? icon in the last text box)
Step 3: We’ll Handle the Rest!
Once submitted, our customer service team will review your claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
